Yoga has been proven to be effective in managing short and long term side effects and improve long term health. American Cancer Society and other oncology organizations recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of yoga per week for all cancer survivors.

The theme for this yoga4cancer class is ‘Spine Health’. All participants are encouraged to review the Getting Started with Oncology Yoga – a free mini program – prior to first session.
