Biography

I’m Pam! I started my Yoga journey over 20 years ago, practicing Ashtanga Yoga with Linda Graham. I first began my practice for the physical benefits, but soon found that Yoga also made me calmer, kinder and more content. Wanting to share my passion for Yoga, I completed my 200 hr. yoga teacher training at CorePower Yoga in Boulder, Colorado in 2008. I began teaching at Yoga in the Woods in Goodrich, Michigan in 2009. After Yoga in the Woods closed it's location, I began teaching at The Yoga Path in Davison in 2012. I am currently teaching at The Yoga Path, Soul Yoga in Fenton and private lessons at my home studio. I completed my 500 Hr RYT in May 2018 through Yoga in the Woods. After discovering that I had early stage breast cancer in 2019, I immediately did a search on yoga for cancer, knowing that it would be a part of my recovery. I found the Y4C, a yoga methodology for cancer patients/survivors founded by Tari Prinster. I was so impressed with this science based methodology that I knew I wanted to share it. I completed Y4C training in October 2020, and am looking forward to helping others make yoga a part of their cancer recovery. My goal as a teacher is to help you find peace, strength and acceptance through your practice. I am excited to share my love of Yoga with my students.
